We help with clothing and expression before the appointment, then guide a private self-portrait flow. The Confident frame supports applications, leadership, and professional credibility. The Friendly frame helps you look approachable and easy to trust.

Use the mirror and clicker privately. We help with quick clothing, posture, and expression direction before the appointment.
Online gallery right away
After the session, you receive a private online gallery with the photos created during your time in the studio.
Two final photos within 24 hours
We prepare exactly two retouched final headshots: one Confident frame and one Friendly frame.

Community Career Headshot appointments are offered at no session charge in exchange for a required portfolio and model release. HQ Portraits may use selected photos from the session in its portfolio, website, and social media. Review the release terms before reserving a drop slot.

Why there may be a $15 authorization
The headshot appointment is free. Because each drop has a small number of Wednesday slots, booking may place a temporary $15 authorization on your card.
After you attend, HQ Portraits releases the hold. If someone does not show up, an admin can manually capture the hold. Remaining authorized holds are released automatically on Wednesday evening.
