In 10 minutes, you get four headshots for different career moments.
We guide you through simple, useful looks so you are not guessing in front of the camera. Think LinkedIn, job applications, school or program profiles, and a clean professional image you can send when someone asks for a bio photo.
Guided self-portrait flow
You use the mirror and clicker, and we help with quick posing direction before your slot so the session feels clear and calm.
Online gallery right away
After the session, you receive an online gallery with the photos created during your time in the studio.
Four best shots within 24 hours
Within 24 hours, we prepare four varied final headshots with notes on where each one works best.
Ready for real use
Your final set is built for practical career needs, from a polished LinkedIn update to a friendly profile photo for a new role.
Slot protection
Why there may be a $15 authorization
The headshot appointment is free. Because each drop has a small number of Wednesday slots, booking may place a temporary $15 authorization on your card.
After you attend, HQ Portraits releases the hold. If someone does not show up, an admin can manually capture the hold. Remaining authorized holds are released automatically on Wednesday evening.
